The draft plan

Over the first half of 2014 we spoke to children, young people, parents, carers and the people who currently work in community health services and schools to ask them how they think community health services for children and young people should work.

We’ve taken everything they told us and developed a draft plan. It has three parts:

Each part of the draft plan has a specific role to play.

We asked you to check each part of the draft plan to make sure that we have understood what you want and that we’ve included it.

We had 12 weeks (from Thursday 3 September to Wednesday 25 November 2015) to gather as much feedback as possible from as many people as possible.

Including you, your family, your friends, your carers, your teachers, the people working in community health services and anyone else who is interested in the future of children and young people’s community health services.
